Services

The following services are provided free of charge to established patients of the Community Health Care Clinic:

• Primary Care and Exams (provided by nurse practitioners or volunteer physicians)
• Diagnostic testing and emergency/hospital services (provided by Advocate BroMenn and OSF St. Joseph Medical Centers)
• Referral network to specialty care
• Medications

The Clinic does NOT provide any of the following services:

• Dental
• Eye exams or glasses
• Prenatal care
• Walk-in
• Psychiatric/Psychological consultation
