Our Mission

Provide quality healthcare to the medically underserved of McLean County through the operation of a free clinic.

Everyone in our community has access to healthcare.

Who is eligible for services?

Over 1,000 adult patients receive medical care at the Community Health Care Clinic every year. Most are low-income workers who have no affordable access to healthcare. -Have a TOTAL household income less than 185% of federal poverty guidelines

-Not be currently enrolled in an effective third party insurance (Medicaid, Medicare, All Kids, Veteran’s Benefits, Disability or employer sponsored insurance)*

* Consideration will be give to someone who has insurance but can’t afford to use it
